India Futuristic Marine Sells 4.50% Stake in Quest Flow Controls

India Futuristic Marine Private Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed the sale of 4,61,593 equity shares, representing 4.50% of the total share capital, in Quest Flow Controls Ltd. The transaction was conducted via an off-market deal on June 30, 2026. Following the sale, India Futuristic Marine's direct holding in Quest Flow Controls has reduced to 28.74% (28,74,199 shares), while their total diluted shareholding stands at 30,74,349 shares (27.54%). The total equity share capital of Quest Flow Controls remains at 1,02,57,623 shares before and after the transaction, with a diluted capital of 1,11,60,403 shares post-sale.
