Meta Infotech Ltd's Board of Directors approved renting a coworking space in the Delhi NCR region during its meeting on May 27, 2026. This decision, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, follows an earlier intimation regarding commencing operations in Delhi NCR through a work-from-home arrangement. The coworking space, located at 24A, Mindmill Corporate Tower, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida, will serve as the company's operational office for the region, effective June 1, 2026, as part of its business expansion and growth strategy.
