Methodhub Software to Acquire Venusgeo Solutions

Methodhub Software Limited announced its board has approved two key strategic moves. Firstly, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Methodhub Consulting Inc., will acquire a 100% equity stake in VENUSGEO SOLUTIONS, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., a Mexican IT services company. This acquisition aims to expand the company's global footprint and strengthen its presence in North America. Secondly, Methodhub Software will incorporate a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Costa Rica with an initial investment of up to USD 10,000. The acquisition of Venusgeo is expected to be completed within 4-6 weeks, subject to regulatory approvals.
