Metro Brands Renews Retail and Trademark License Agreement with Crocs India for Continued Growth

Metro Brands Limited has renewed its Retail and Trademark License Agreement with Crocs India. The agreement grants Metro Brands exclusive rights to operate Crocs stores, kiosks, and outlets across the western and southern states of India. The Company will continue to operate existing stores in the northern and eastern states. The existing Non-Exclusive Retail License Agreement between the parties, signed in 2015, has been superseded.
