Metroglobal Ltd Approves Q3 & Nine Months Results for FY2025-26, Appoints New Internal Auditor

Metroglobal Ltd, a Gujarat-based company, has approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Rajni Shah & Associates, due to statutory ineligibility following the approval of a merger of promoter group companies. The board appointed M/s.
