Metropolis Healthcare Ltd Allots Bonus Equity Shares in 3:1 Ratio

Metropolis Healthcare Ltd has allotted 15,54,95,826 equity shares of face value of INR 2/- each as fully paid equity shares, in the ratio of 3:1, i.e., Three (3) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of INR 2/- each for every One (1) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of face value of INR 2/- each, to the eligible members whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on March 20, 2026, the ‘Record Date’ fixed for this purpose. This allotment has increased the paid-up share capital of the Company to INR 41,46,55,536/- divided into 20,73,27,768 equity shares of face value of INR 2/- each.
