Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Ltd has announced that the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025 at 04:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the registered office of the company situated at HawaMagri, Industrial Area, Sukher, Udaipur, Rajasthan-313001. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Wednesday, 24th September, 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th AGM. The company will provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transacting the items of business. The remote e-voting period commences on, 27th September, 2025(9:00 A.M.) and ends on 29th September, 2025 (5:00 P.M.). The cut-off date for determining eligibility of Members for voting electronically as well as at the Annual General Meeting is 23rd September, 2025.
