The meeting will transact ordinary business, including the adoption of the audited balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year ended on March 31, 2025, and the reappointment of Mr. Vaibhav Singh Rathore as Whole Time Director. The meeting will also consider the appointment of Mr. Mohit Vanawat as Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 consecutive years and the regularization and re-appointment of Mrs. Krati Maheshwari as Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of five years.
