Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated/connected persons. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 015t October, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ended on 30st September, 2025. All designated persons have been intimated not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
