MFL India Board Approves Directors' Report, Re-appointment

MFL India Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 1, 2026, approving the Directors' Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Thukral, who retires by rotation. Additionally, the board noted the resignation of Secretarial Auditor CS Priyanka Agarwal and recommended the appointment of Ms. Shubhani Gupta as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to member approval. M/s APJ & Co. were approved as Internal Auditors until FY2027-28. The board also addressed an incorrect classification of Mr. Anil Thukral as 'Professional Director' on MCA Master Data, directing management to correct it to 'Promoter Director'.
