MFL India Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

MFL India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all 'Designated Persons/Insiders' and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and 'The Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company'. The closure will commence from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, following the approval of the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The closure will continue up to 48 hours after the date of approval of the financial results by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
