MFS Intercorp Ltd Allots 60 Lakh Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis

MFS Intercorp Ltd has allotted 60,00,000 convertible warrants at a price of Rs.15/- each to non-promoters. The warrant issue price is Rs.15/- each, which includes the warrant subscription price and the warrant exercise price. The company has received 25% of the warrant issue price, amounting to Rs.2,25,00,000/- from the allottees. The allottees include two non-promoters, Mr. Panchal Jainil and Ms. Bhalani Grishma, who have been allotted 16,00,000 and 12,00,000 warrants respectively.
