MFS Intercorp Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's 'Code of Fair Disclosure (Including determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal procedures and conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s)' and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting for review and approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
