MIC Electronics Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Acquisition of Singapore-based Company

MIC Electronics Ltd has informed the BSE that the company's Board of Directors will meet on July 25, 2025, to consider and approve the proposal for the acquisition of a Singapore-based company. The meeting will also involve discussing the preliminary Memorandum of Understanding, agreements, and related documentation. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from the notice of the board meeting until 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
