Mid East Portfolio Management Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Celebteam Education Limited for a proposed strategic association and equity investment of up to ₹5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crore only). The investment aims to support Celebteam Education Limited's business expansion, development, and growth. The transaction is contingent upon satisfactory due diligence, finalization of terms, necessary approvals, and execution of definitive agreements. The valuation report dated October 26, 2026, indicates a fair value of ₹13.52 per equity share for Celebteam Education Limited, with an estimated equity value of ₹123.08 crore.
