Mid India Industries Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Review Q1 Results

Mid India Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. The meeting will also address routine matters. Following the declaration of results, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will reopen 48 hours after the announcement for designated persons and connected individuals, as per SEBI regulations.
