Rare Earth Engineers Limited (formerly Midland Polymers Limited) has postponed its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for October 17, 2026, to October 22, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives remains closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are disclosed.
