Milestone Global Ltd has received a disclosure from Mr. Somendra Kumar Agarwal in terms of Regulation 7(1)(b) of SEBI PIT Regulation. Mr. Agarwal has been re-appointed by the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years, effective from 13th March 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The disclosure was made in Form B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
