Milgrey Finance Adjourns Board Meeting for Q1 Results to August 13

Milgrey Finance & Investments Ltd has announced an adjournment of its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited financial results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will now continue on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The adjournment was decided by the Chairman with the consent of all directors present. The agenda remains the consideration and approval of the Q1 FY27 financial results and any other business with the Chairman's permission.
