Millennium Online Solutions: Acceptance of Resignation and Appointment of New Independent Directors

In a Board Meeting held on 24 February, 2026, Millennium Online Solutions ( India ) Ltd. accepted the resignation of Mrs. Subhash Gurudeo Patle and Mrs. Renu Manendra Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The Board also approved the appointment of Mrs. Radhika Ben Patel and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Seni as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five consecutive years, starting from 24 February, 2026 to 23 February, 2031, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
