Millennium Online Solutions Appoints Mrs. Radhika Ben Patel and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Seni as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors

Millennium Online Solutions ( India ) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Radhika Ben Patel and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Seni as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a period of 5 years, effective from 24th February, 2026. This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Mrs. Patel and Mr. Seni are not related to any of the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company and are not debarred from holding any office as a director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority. The resignation of Mr. Subhash Gurudeo Patle and Mrs. Renu Mahindra Singh as Independent Directors, due to other professional commitments, has also been announced.
