Minal Industries Appoints MMY & Associates as Internal Auditors

Minal Industries Limited announced the appointment of M/s. MMY & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as their Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on June 4, 2026. The board meeting also included the approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and took on record the resignation of Mr. Piyush Harish Talyani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
