Minal Industries: Promoter Jesingbhai Parikh passes away

Minal Industries Ltd. has announced the sad demise of its promoter, Mr. Jesingbhai Badarmal Parikh. The company received this intimation from his relative. In accordance with Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Parikh will cease to be included in the Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company. This change will be effective from September 21, 2026. Consequently, his name will not be reflected in the Promoter/Promoter Group category in forthcoming shareholding patterns or any other applicable disclosures made by the company.
