Minda Corporation Q3 FY26: Highest Ever Quarterly Revenue of INR 1,560 Crores, 25% YoY Growth

Minda Corporation Limited has reported its Q3 FY26 earnings, showing a robust growth of 25% YoY with the highest ever quarterly revenue of INR 1,560 crores. The performance was driven by sustained demand across key vehicle segments, increased share of businesses and content per vehicle, and strong traction in EV and premium product categories. The company's EBITDA stood at INR 184 crores with a margin of 11.8%, and the reported profit after tax reached INR 84 crores with a PAT margin of 5.4%. The Board of Directors has recommended an interim dividend of 30%.
