Mindspace REIT First Indian REIT to Get IGBC Green Landscape Gold Rating

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first REIT in India to receive the IGBC Green Landscape Gold Rating for its Mindspace Airoli East business park in Navi Mumbai. This certification recognizes the park's sustainable landscape initiatives, including over 60% native green cover, 30% vegetation supporting local wildlife, smart landscape lighting for energy savings, and 100% on-site composting of landscape waste. The park also features innovative elements like a native plant nursery, butterfly garden, and bio-sonification installation. This achievement underscores Mindspace REIT's commitment to integrating sustainability across its portfolio, extending beyond buildings to the broader campus ecosystem. The REIT plans to replicate these practices in other campuses and continues its pursuit of LEED and IGBC building certifications.
