Mindspace REIT: K Raheja Corp Releases & Creates Encumbrance on Units

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has disclosed the creation and release of encumbrance on units held by K Raheja Corp Private Limited, a member of the Sponsor Group. Specifically, 1,20,85,747 units (1.82% of total outstanding units) were released from encumbrance on August 24, 2026. Subsequently, the same number of units were encumbered on August 25, 2026, with the encumbrance valid until September 15, 2041. The encumbrance is a pledge created in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, Security Trustee for ICICI Bank Limited, for business purposes.
