Mindspace REIT: Madhapur Property Valued at ₹7,963.8 Cr

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has released its annual full valuation report for assets for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The report, prepared by KZEN Valtech Private Limited, details the valuation of the Mindspace Madhapur (Sundew) property in Hyderabad. This Grade A IT Park, spanning 40.25 acres with a total leasable area of 5.87 million sq. ft. across eight buildings (both SEZ and Non-SEZ), has been assessed at a market value of ₹79,638.12 million (₹7,963.81 Crore) as of March 31, 2026. Key valuation assumptions include an in-place rent of ₹75.58 per sq. ft. per month and a market rent of ₹105.00 per sq. ft. per month.
