Mindspace REIT Sets Aug 8 Record Date for Q1 FY27 Distribution

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has announced the record date for its quarterly distribution for FY 2026-27. The record date is set for August 8, 2026. This follows a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 5, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and declare the distribution. The payment of distribution is proposed to be made by August 14, 2026. The company will also host a conference call on August 6, 2026, to discuss the financial results.
