Mindspace REIT Unitholders Approve Two Acquisitions & Preferential Issue

Mindspace Business Parks REIT unitholders have approved four key resolutions via postal ballot. These include the acquisition of 100% shareholding and interest in Sycamore Properties Private Limited and Content Properties Private Limited, both classified as related party transactions. Additionally, the unitholders approved preferential issues of units of Mindspace REIT to the shareholders of both Sycamore Properties and Content Properties. The remote e-voting period for these resolutions commenced on April 1, 2026, and concluded on April 24, 2026. All resolutions were passed with the requisite majority, making them effective as if passed at a general meeting.
