Mindteck India Ltd: Stakeholders Relationship Committee Composition Changed

Mindteck (India) Ltd announced a change in the composition of its Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). The Board of Directors approved the revised committee structure, effective June 24, 2026. The committee now includes Mr. Satish Menon as Chairperson, Mr. Meenaz Dhanani as Member, and Mr. Subhash Dhar as Member. This change is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
