Mindteck Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 3.8% YoY to ₹105.5 Cr

Mindteck (India) Limited reported its financial results for the second quarter (Q2 FY27) ended September 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at ₹105.50 crore, a 3.8% increase year-on-year and a 1.4% rise over the previous quarter. Consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹7.48 crore, slightly down from ₹7.56 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Year-to-date consolidated revenue increased by 3.3% to ₹209.58 crore, while year-to-date profit decreased to ₹15.84 crore from ₹16.31 crore in the prior year period, which included an exceptional gain of ₹1.91 crore. The company maintained a strong liquidity position with cash and liquid investments of approximately ₹204.72 crore, up 21.2% year-on-year. Standalone revenue and profit for the quarter and year-to-date showed a decline compared to the previous year.
