Mipco Seamless Rings Appoints Shir Sagar Pandey as Additional Director

Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Shir Sagar Pandey as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Professional) to its Board of Directors. The decision was approved at a Board meeting held on July 9, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Pandey's tenure will extend until the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He brings over eight years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and administrative management, holding a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honours. He has also qualified the Independent Director Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test.
