Mirc Electronics Board Approves Monetization of Onida House & Lote Property

Mirc Electronics Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 17, 2026, approved the redevelopment and/or sale or transfer of its 'Onida House' property in Mumbai, admeasuring approximately 2,143 square meters. The Board assured that this would not involve manpower cuts, with permanent employees being relocated. Additionally, the Board approved the monetization of the Company’s property situated at Lote, District Ratnagiri, admeasuring approximately 20,004 square meters. Mr. Kaval Mirchandani, Managing Director, was authorized to take appropriate actions for both properties, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
