Mirza International: Directorate Changes Approved

Mirza International Ltd. announces changes in its directorate, including the appointment of Mr. Aqeel Ahmad Khan as a Whole-time Director effective June 1, 2026, for three years, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Faraz Mirza and Mr. Tauseef Ahmad Mirza have been re-appointed as Whole-time Director and Managing Director, respectively, each for a term of three years, also subject to member approval. These decisions were made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2026.
