Mirza International Ltd Acquires Genesis Brands UG, Becoming a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Mirza International Ltd has announced the acquisition of Genesis Brands UG, a newly incorporated company in Germany. The acquisition, which was made in cash, gives Mirza International 100% share capital and control of Genesis Brands UG. Genesis Brands UG is set to carry on the retail marketing and e-commerce business of footwear. As a newly incorporated company, Genesis Brands UG has not yet commenced business, and therefore, there is no information pertaining to sales or significant presence in any country.
