Mishka Exim Ltd: Members Approve Rakesh Aggarwal as Independent Director

Mishka Exim Limited announced that its members, at the 12th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Aggarwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director. His appointment is for a term of 5 years, effective from July 27, 2026. Mr. Aggarwal, an experienced finance professional, was initially appointed as an Additional Director by the Board and his appointment has now been regularized by the shareholders. He confirmed he is not debarred from holding directorships and meets the independence criteria. He is not related to any existing director and holds no shares or directorships in other listed entities.
