Mishka Exim Ltd Reports Q3 and Nine Months Results for 2025, Appoints New Company Secretary

Mishka Exim Ltd has announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company's revenue stands at INR 1,657.29 crore for the quarter and INR 5,242.17 crore for the nine months period. The net profit for the quarter is INR 212.35 crore and INR 575.88 crore for the nine months period. The company has also appointed Ms. Sonal Goyal as the new Company Secretary with effect from 13th January 2026. The financial results have been reviewed by Gaur & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
