MIDHANI Fined ₹25.18 Lakhs by BSE & NSE for Compliance Lapses

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd (MIDHANI) has been fined ₹12,59,060 each by BSE and NSE, totaling ₹25,18,120 (inclusive of GST), for non-compliance with SEBI LODR regulations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
