Mitshi India Appoints Rekha Rani Naraniwal as Independent Director

Mitshi India Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Rekha Rani Naraniwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 22, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Naraniwal brings 15 years of experience, including 9 years in legal, listing, and secretarial compliance. She is a member of ICSI and is not related to any existing directors. She has also declared that she is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
