Mittal Sections Ltd has announced the resignation of its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Hirenkumar B. Patel, with effect from 31st December, 2025. The resignation was due to his pursuit of new career directions that align with his long-term goals and aspirations. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Gunjan Rameena as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
