Mittal Sections Ltd Announces Resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Mittal Sections Ltd has announced the resignation of its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Hirenkumar B. Patel, with effect from 31st December, 2025. The resignation is due to Mr. Patel's pursuit of new career directions that align with his long-term goals and aspirations. The company has appointed Ms. Gunjan Rameena as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective from 15th January, 2026. Ms. Rameena is an associate member of ICSI with experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and SEBI related matters. She is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
