Modella Woollens Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Modella Woollens Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company would remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code for prevention of Insider Trading in securities of Modella Woollens Limited and will be effective from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results is yet to be intimated.
