Modella Woollens Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insider Trading Prevention

Modella Woollens Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code for prevention of Insider Trading in securities of Modella Woollens Limited. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results will be intimated in due course.
