Modern Dairies Appoints Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Modern Dairies Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment follows the conclusion of the current term of the existing auditors, APT & Co. LLP, at the upcoming AGM on September 26, 2026. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of Sanjeev Sharma & Associates for a term of one year, until the conclusion of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The firm, established in 1993, has extensive experience in various audit types and consultancy services, having served numerous public sector banks and corporate entities.
