Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Ltd. has announced a board meeting scheduled for 09/03/2026 to consider and approve various changes and authorizations. These include changing equipment specifications from SPECT to SPECT-CT at Sector 40, Gurugram, changing vendors for building, electrical and air-conditioning works for Diagnostic Centre and certain laboratories outside Delhi, changing the location for opening a laboratory within Delhi, opening a bank account and transferring a loan to Axis Bank, Gurugram, and authorizing the execution of legal, tender, lease/rent, and other miscellaneous documents. The company will also consider entering into any contract or making any sale/purchase on behalf of the company.
