The Board of Directors of Modern Engineering And Projects Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Devanshi Kevin Shah as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, approved the availing of an Inter-Corporate Deposit (ICD) from a related party, and reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The ICD is not material in nature and does not require shareholders’ approval, falling under Related Party Transactions as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will have new members and will commence from March 13, 2026.
