Modern Engineering Appoints Navraj Bhatt as CFO, Francisca Rosario Resigns

Modern Engineering and Projects Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer role. Mrs. Francisca Rosario has resigned from her position as CFO, effective June 30, 2026, citing a desire to pursue an alternate career opportunity. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Navraj Bhatt as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Bhatt, a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience, previously worked at Man Infra Construction Limited. He is also authorized for materiality assessments and disclosures to the stock exchange.
