Modern Engineering Appoints New CFO Post Resignation

Modern Engineering and Projects Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Mrs. Francisca Rosario resigned from her position as CFO, effective June 30, 2026, citing a desire to pursue an alternate career opportunity. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Navraj Bhatt as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Bhatt, a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience, previously worked at Man Infra Construction Limited.
