Modern Insulators Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 26, 2026, approved an investment of ₹25 Crores in Buoyant Large Value Fund (LVF). The investment is intended as a long-term deployment of surplus funds, aiming to generate appropriate risk-adjusted returns and diversify the company's investment portfolio. The fund invests in listed equities across large, mid, and small-cap stocks. This investment will result in Modern Insulators holding approximately 3% of Buoyant Large Value Fund.
