Modern Shares & Stockbrokers Ltd has announced that its Eighty-Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 08, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI regulations. The company has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the Notice of the AGM. Electronic copies are being sent to members via email, while web links to the Annual Report will be provided to members whose email addresses are not registered. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 01, 2026, to September 08, 2026, inclusive. September 01, 2026, has been fixed as the cut-off date for determining voting eligibility.
